How to ensure that your featured images are used in your automation.
If you’re pulling from your own WordPress RSS feed, it’s likely the RSS feed just isn’t specifying which image we should pull in for your posts.
We’ve found a free plugin that adds your featured image to your RSS feed:

In WordPress, just install and activate this plugin. Then you’ll need to remove your queued posts from your RSS feed in Ninja Social. Delete the RSS feed and re-add it, specifying how many posts you want it to pull into your queue. Double-check the images now in your queue & they should be your featured images.
